Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sparkle & Glow! We’re committed to ensuring your jewelry reaches you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully. It applies to both domestic and international orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take 5–10 working days or it will be mentioned on product  page(working days) to dispatch. Mentioned timeline will be estimated and it might get delayed as it will depend on current situation of supplies. 

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or national holidays.


Domestic Shipping

Normal Shipping

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 working days from the date of purchase.

  • Delivery timelines range from 4–10 working days, depending on your location.

Important Notes:

  • If you request delayed or future delivery, we cannot guarantee successful delivery. Courier partners may not hold packages beyond standard delivery attempts.

  • If there’s an error in your shipping address or contact details, or if delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, we can reship the order, but re-shipping charges will apply. Refunds are not possible for such returned orders (RTO).


Express Shipping

  • For urgent orders, you can opt for Express Shipping at checkout.

  • Additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us on WhatsApp to confirm availability for your location.

  • Delivery is estimated within 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please Note:

  • Express Shipping is available only for select pincodes and products.

  • We require 1 working day to process express orders.

    • For example:

      • Order placed on Monday → Dispatched on Tuesday

      • Order placed on Friday → Dispatched on Monday

  • Express shipping is not available on weekends or national holidays.

  • Timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to courier constraints.


Next-Day Delivery (Bangalore Only)

  • If you're located in Bangalore, you may opt for Next-Day Delivery (available for select pincodes only).

  • Orders must be placed before 6:00 PM to be eligible.

  • We require 1 working day to process such orders.

  • Deliveries are handled via Swiggy Genie or similar local delivery services.

  • Delivery charges will vary based on the exact delivery address.

  • Please contact us on WhatsApp to confirm availability for your area before placing the order.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders require advance online payment of the COD charges. The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.

  • COD is not available for orders above ₹12,000.

  • Open Delivery (checking the product before paying) is not supported by our courier partners.

  • In case of a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a replacement or a refund if a replacement is not possible.


International Orders

  • Transit Time: 6–10 working days

  • After 3 failed delivery attempts, some international couriers may destroy the package. We are not responsible in such cases.

  • For signed delivery service, please contact us on WhatsApp. Additional charges apply.

  • We do not offer reverse pickups for international addresses.


Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

  • Our shipping timelines apply only to ready-to-ship items.

  • For handmade or made-to-order items, the product description clearly mentions the making timeline in bold black/red font, right above the ‘Add to Cart’ button.

Important Notes:

  • These items are made against order.

  • Timelines mentioned refer to working days only, excluding Sundays and national holidays.

  • Shipping begins only after the item is made.

  • If your order includes both ready-to-ship and handmade items, the dispatch will happen once all items are ready.

    • If urgent, we can split the shipment upon request, but extra shipping charges will apply.


Refund & Return Related Notes

  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

  • This applies if an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (RTO), address errors, or is canceled after dispatch.
